Aulo is looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk / Spa Concierge to join our founding team. This role is essential to the guest experience and ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making people feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive. At Aulo, the front desk is more than reception — it is the first impression of our brand.
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, elevated arrival experience
Manage bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
Support membership questions, retail purchases, and service recommendations
Maintain front desk organization and ensure the spa environment remains polished and guest-ready
Assist with beverage service, guest flow, and overall hospitality touchpoints
Coordinate with service providers to support a seamless guest experience
Previous front desk, salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfortable with booking systems, payment processing, and guest support
Professional appearance and demeanor
