Aulo is hiring a skilled Waxing Specialist to join our founding team. We are looking for an esthetics professional who is confident in hair removal services, committed to hygiene and guest comfort, and passionate about helping clients feel smooth, confident, and cared for. At Aulo, hair removal is delivered with professionalism, precision, and a calm, supportive approach.
Perform waxing and hair removal services for facial and body areas, including bikini, Brazilian, arms, legs, underarms, lip, back, shoulders, and stomach
Consult with guests regarding sensitivities, preferences, and aftercare needs
Maintain the highest sanitation and hygiene standards
Help guests feel comfortable, respected, and informed throughout the service
Recommend aftercare products and home care guidance
Uphold Aulo’s hospitality and service standards in every interaction
Valid New Jersey Esthetician or Cosmetology license, as required
Experience performing facial and body waxing services
Strong sanitation, technique, and guest communication skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a gentle, client-centered approach
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Passion for beauty, wellness, and client confidence
