Aulo is looking for a skilled Lash Artist to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lash professional who is passionate about enhancing natural beauty, delivering customized results, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Our lash services are tailored, detail-driven, and rooted in both beauty and wellbeing.
Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services, as well as refill appointments
Conduct consultations to assess lash health, desired style, and maintenance preferences
Apply lashes with precision, care, and strong attention to lash safety and hygiene
Educate guests on aftercare and refill schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lash station
Represent Aulo’s brand values through warm, polished, and attentive service
Valid New Jersey Esthetician or Cosmetology license, as required
Lash certification and hands-on extension experience
Strong knowledge of lash styling, isolation, mapping, and retention
Commitment to sanitation, lash health, and client safety
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
A lash artist who blends technical excellence with a luxury service mindset
