About the Role
Aulo is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our founding team and help create a restorative, elevated wellness experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and intuitively client-focused, with a passion for helping people relax, recover, and reconnect with themselves.  
Key Responsibilities
• Perform massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage
• Conduct guest consultations to understand tension points, preferences, and wellness goals
• Customize pressure and techniques to each guest’s needs and comfort level
• Provide thoughtful aftercare guidance, including hydration and stretching recommendations
• Maintain treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Deliver a calming, professional, and welcoming guest experience
Qualifications
• Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy license
• Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and safe massage practices
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for wellness and high-touch hospitality
