Aulo is hiring a talented Nail Technician to join our founding team. We are looking for someone with strong technical skill, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping guests feel polished and cared for. Our nail services are designed to feel restorative and luxurious, blending beauty, relaxation, and precision in every appointment.
Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including gel manicures, gel pedicures, structured gel overlays, Gel-X extensions, refills, removals, and nail art services
Provide personalized consultations based on nail health, style preferences, and guest goals
Maintain exceptional sanitation and cleanliness standards
Educate guests on aftercare and maintenance between visits
Create a relaxing, elevated service experience aligned with the Aulo brand
Support team goals and contribute to a positive studio culture
Valid New Jersey Nail Technician or Cosmetology license, as applicable
Experience with gel services, Gel-X, structured gel, and detailed nail prep
Nail art experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism
Excellent guest service and communication skills
