Appointments range from 15 minutes for polish removal to 110 minutes for Gel-X extensions. We provide an estimated time for every service before starting, and you’ll be able to see your appointment length when you book.
Our professionals use techniques and products designed to maintain healthy nails. With the right after care and self-care, your natural nail should stay in great condition. We also offer restorative services and advice for long-term nail care.
Frequency depends on your service: Gel-X refills every 2–3 weeks, classic manicures and pedicures as needed, and custom designs based on personal preference. Ask your nail tech for more information – or think about one of our wellness memberships for regular, consistent appointments you’ve already invested in.
Please arrive with clean, polish-free nails if possible, unless you’ve already booked a removal or you’re coming in for an infill. Be ready to discuss your nail history, preferences, and any design inspirations.
We’ll recommend products and techniques to protect your nails, maintain your polish, and keep extensions strong between visits. Self-care starts with you, and we want to help you create consistent self-care habits that keep you looking and feeling amazing.
You absolutely can (and really, what’s better than getting a mani and a pedi all in the same day?) We’ll coordinate services like Gel-X with nail art or pedicures to maximize your experience.

The Bare Manicure treatment includes shaping, buffing, cuticle care, moisturizing hand and arm massage & hot towel service. Please note that this service does not include polish applications.

The Nail Extension service includes shaping, cuticle care, as well as selecting the right tip size and shape of extensions for your nail. We use the Gel X™ tip system. After application of the tips we apply the gel color of your choice. We then finish off the service with a moisturizing hand and arm massage and hot towel service.
Duration: 110 Min
This treatment includes e-filing to reduce the top layer, re-shaping of current tip, cuticle care, soft gel overlay, and a gel color of your choice. We then complete the service with a moisturizing hand and arm massage and hot towel service. Within 2-3 weeks we can fill them in and freshen them up so they look as good as new!

The Gel Design Manicure (Basic) treatment includes a consultation with your nail artist to create a custom design & color palette (limited to minimal lines, shapes and colour combinations), followed by shaping, buffing, cuticle care, moisturizing hand & arm massage, hot towel, and gel design application. Please book advanced service if your artistic idea is more than a minimal design.

The Gel Design Manicure (Advanced) treatment includes a consultation with your nail artist to create a custom design & color palette, followed by shaping, buffing, cuticle care, moisturizing hand & arm massage, hot towel, and gel design application.

The Elevated Gel Manicure treatment includes the Classic Gel Manicure plus exfoliation, hydrating mask followed by an extended moisturizing hand and arm massage.

Maintain the strength, shape, and beauty of your structured gel nails. This service fills in growth at the base of the nail while rebalancing and reinforcing the structure with fresh gel. It restores durability and delivers a smooth, long-lasting finish—keeping your nails flawless and protected between full sets.

This removal treatment includes filing the top layer with a file followed by a soaking with acetone in foil, then buffing to remove remaining gel and smooth your natural nail, and nourishing cuticle oil. Can be booked alone, or combined with another service. Please book accordingly.

This removal service is for clients who have had their structured Bilder Gel or Gel X™ extensions applied by our professionals. This service includes e-filing the top layer followed by soaking off the mediums in acetone and foil. We finish off the service with a hydrating cuticle oil. This process leaves your nails free of all medium and ready for a fresh start.

The Classic Gel Pedicure treatment includes shaping, cuticle care, buffing, a detox soak, exfoliation, heel refining, gel polish application and moisturizing foot and leg massage.
